Battle of the books

Have you gotten started on your Battle Of The Books reading? Have you decided on joining yet? Because summer has ended, and the battle is starting. You need to start reading the Battle of the Books books! This year, we have fun, and exciting new books for Battle of the Books! You better start reading 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders!

          

Mrs. Leeds can’t wait until Battle of the Books! She says, “The books are awesome and the competition is intense!” Liza, a fifth grader in Mr. Parson’s class, did Battle of the Books last year. She says that Battle of the Books’s competition is full of pressure.  But, that isn’t until February.

For those of you interested, the first Battle of the Books meeting is Monday, October 3rd. The 2016 books are posted upstairs, if you want to know, also, ask Ms. Dolan where she has the books in the library.  We all hope to see those readers!
