There was a buzz in the air as Ogden Elementary kicked off their first experience of Boosterthon! The students were hustled into the multi-purpose room for a MAJOR pep-rally! One of our news reporters, Liza M., dug a little deeper and found out a little more about what the Boosterthon is. She interviewed one of the Boosterthon members to find out more.

She asked one of the Boosterthon members, Dr.DJ some questions. One of the things they talked about was what the Boosterthon was. The Boosterthon is a themed fun run that is also a fundraiser. For our school, they are raising money for school wide technology and EC playgrounds. Along the way, they help kids with fitness and characterism. The fun run is on Friday the 14th and it is for students and teachers. There are two tracks for the certain grades. The run takes place on Ogden’s grass field. You have one hour to run 30-35 laps (per person) depending on the size of the tracks.
