True Color Poem

True Color
Your true color is the way you act,
when you are alone,
in your own zone.
Your colors have a price,
For they must be nice.
No rude,
Or some one may take that as allude.
Your color can be pink,
But don’t think to blink.
For that is doubt,
Plain purple rolling a’bout.
If you relax and stay mellow,
You are a bright yellow.
If you fill with dread
You are full on red.
You ask about green wow,
Should have seen
The attitude of a green bean.

The rainbow is colored the way it is
Because the world is giving us a quiz.
If we take our part,
And have a golden heart.
